Ignis House bags trophy for sports

Ecole Globale International Girls School organised its 3rd annual sports meet on its campus here today.

Ecole Globale International Girls School organised its 3rd annual sports meet on its campus here today.

Sardar Muhammad Aslam Khan, who is the sports administrator, was the chief guest on the occasion and declared the meet open.

Students of four houses marched to the tunes of the Army band and won great applause from the guests. Sports events for parents and staff members were also organised.

Aer House won the first prize for the march past while Ignis House bagged the overall trophy for sports. Shayema, Natalia and Varnika were declared the best athletes in the sub-junior, junior and senior category, respectively.

Earlier, Principal Brinda Ghosh welcomed the chief guest and other dignitaries and wished the students best of luck.
