Family members of a teenaged student, Rajat Sharma, who is reportedly missing from Mussoorie for the past three days, met police station in charge Sandeep Negi and alleged that he had been abducted.

Negi pacified the distraught family members, including Rajat’s father, and said the boy had not been abducted. Rajat had left Mussoorie with a friend, Yunus, and their last location had been traced to south Goa.

He added a police team would be sent to Goa soon, once Rajat and his friend’s presence was confirmed, to bring them back. — TNS
