Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait is set to address mahapanchayats in two villages of Hisar district on February 18.
Randeep Lochabab, a Samyukta Kisan Morcha member, said on Thursday that Tikait would address a mahapanchayat in Kharak Punia village at 11 am and participate in another mahapanchayat at Balsamand village at 2 pm. — TNS
