Chandigarh, April 18

In view of the increase in Covid-19 cases in some states and UTs, the Chandigarh Administration has advised all the residents of the city to wear face masks in crowded places.

The administration added that wearing of masks needed to be especially ensured in the closed environments like while travelling in public transport and inside cinema halls, shopping malls, etc.

It said masks should also be worn during stay inside classrooms, office-rooms and indoor gatherings.
