occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh.Rain
also occurred at many places in Punjab and at a
few places in Haryana. The chief amounts of
precipitation in cm were: Shimla 2 and Bhuntar,
Pandoh, Sunni and Kasol 1 each. Night
temperatures fell markedly in Haryana and Punjab
and changed little in H.P. These were above
normal in Punjab, below normal in H.P. and normal
in Haryana. The lowest temperature in the plains
was 6°celsius recorded at Rohtak.
