Life is great

Life always showers joy,

But we tend to think of it a sorrow.

So when it’s time to enjoy,

Never wait for tomorrow.

For tomorrow, will never come,

If you make the joy run.

For time waits for no one,

Poor, rich, old or young.

Life is all about giving and giving,

And remember not taking!

And if your goal only concerns taking,

Then there is something wrong in your making.

Remember Life Is Great,

But only if you understand its weight.

On a beautiful morn

I wake up to a lovely dawn,

Happy birds sing a song.

I go out for a walk,

Amidst green and rock.

Flowers are gay,

Kids are at play.

The elders’ watchful glance,

Doesn’t disturb their merry dance.

Squirrels hunt for food,

In the smallish wood.

I watch the honeybees,

And breathe the scented breeze.

Trees are swaying because wind is blowing,

Up in the sky the sun is happily glowing.

I come back home perky, fresh and ready

For the school, to learn and to study.
