Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed little. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan, above normal in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region.

Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 18.0°C recorded at Narnaul (Haryana).
