Three killed in landmine blast
Khammam, October 18
Three persons, including two policemen were killed and four other policemen were injured in a landmine blast triggered by the banned Peoples War Group (PWG) naxalites near Chinthoor, bordering Andhra Pradesh and Chattisgarh on Wednesday. The police said the naxalites snatched six weapons, including three SLRs, from the policemen. DSP Darshan Morabi of Chattisgarh, however, escaped with three other constables. UNI
