Temperature remains above normal New Delhi, October 26 Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 39.6°C recorded at Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). Past 24 hours change:
Minimum temperatures fell in Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region.
