Madhvendra new Naval Chief
New Delhi, October 29 
Vice-Admiral Madhvendra Singh, a gunnery specialist, will take over as the next Chief of Naval Staff on December 29, it was announced here today. At present Vice-Chief of Naval Staff, he was Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command and later of Western Naval Command. Specialised in gunnery, Vice-Admiral Madhvendra Singh did the advanced gunnery course at the Royal Military College of Science in the United Kingdom. UNI
