CJM deputes Duty Magistrates

Ludhiana, October 31
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana, Mr Arunvir Vashishta, has deputed the Duty Magistrates in Khanna, Samrala, Jagraon and Ludhiana for the month of November, 2001.

As per the duty roaster issued by CJM, Ludhiana, yesterday, Mr Sanjay Agnihotri, JMIC, Ludhiana will also work as Duty Magistrate from November 1 to 4 apart from the regular work. Mr Rajesh Ahluwali, JMK from November 5 to 9, Mr Balwinder Kaumar, JMIC from November 10 to 13, Mr H.J.S. Tiwana, JMIC from November 14 to 16, Mr Ashok Kumar Kapoor, JMIC from November 17 to 21, Mr R.K. Sharma, JMIC from November 22 to 26 and Mrs Sukhwinder Kaur, JMIC from November 27 to 30 will work as duty magistrates besides regular work.

At Khanna Mr Gurmail Singh, Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, will work as Duty Magistrate from November 1 to 15, and Mr Munish Arora, JMIC, will work as duty magistrate from November 16 to 30.

In Samrala subdivision from November 1 to 15, Mrs Asha Mehta , Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, and Mr Ravinder Kumar, JMIC from November 16 to 30, will work as Duty Magistrate, while in Jagraon, Mr Harpal Singh Pruthi, SDJM, will work as Duty Magistrate from November 1 to 15 and from November 16 to 30, Mr H.S. Grewal, JMIC, will remain on duty to dispose off urgent matters.

Mr Vashishta has further clarified that in case any judicial officer is unable to attend the work, it shall be his own responsibility to make prior adjustments and alternative arrangements with some other officer, under prior information in writing to him.

In case both the judicial officers at Samrala happen to be on leave, then the duty work of Samrala shall be attended to by the duty Magistrate, Khanna, and in the same eventuality the work of Khanna shall be attended by the duty Magistrate, Samrala. And in case both the Judicial Officers at Jagraon happen to be on leave, then their duty work shall be attended by the Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
