HC order on CBI chief stayed
New Delhi, November 5
The Supreme Court today stayed a Karnataka High Court judgement quashing the appointment of Mr R.K. Raghavan (since retired) as the Director of the CBI. Notices were issued to a former Karnataka Director-General of Police, Mr C.Dinkar and Mr Raghavan on a special leave petition filed by the Union of India against the impugned high court judgement. UNI
