Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Weather will remain dry over the region.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Sky will be clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
