4 BSF men hurt, 7 militants killed in J&KSrinagar, November 10
At least one person was killed and 34 others, including four BSF personnel, were injured in two blasts while in other incidents, seven militants were among nine persons killed in Jammu and Kashmir during the past 24 hours. Militants hurled a hand grenade towards a BSF patrol at Batmaloo near the General Bus Stand this afternoon, injuring nine pedestrians and four BSF personnel. An official spokesman said unidentified gunmen shot at and critically wounded 80-year-old Abdul Rehman Magray, father of former Congress Legislator Bashir Ahmad, at Nowpora Pulwama. Mr Magray died on way to the hospital, the spokesman added. Security forces killed three militants at Kakagund Verinag in south Kashmir.
