Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: They were below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.0° C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 12: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will mainly dry in the rest of the region.
