Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and changed a little elsewhere.

Departures: They were below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.6°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 13: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 13: Sunny day. Mist in the morning. No significant change in minimum temperature and will be around 12°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 13: Sky will be clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
