Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little.

Departures: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 18: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 18: Hazy sky. Fog during night/morning. Not much change in minimum temperature and will be around 12C.
