Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little.

Departures: They were above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.3°C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 20: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 20: Hazy sky. Mist/fog during night and morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
