Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.7C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 22: Weather will be mainly dry in Jammu and Kashmir and the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 22: Sunny day. Clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 10C.
