Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and changed a little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.5°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 29: Light rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.
