PM inaugurates Website on Ambedkar
New Delhi, December 6
Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee today inaugurated a Website on B.R. Ambedkar, containing the writings, speeches, voice recording and photographs of one of the architects of the Indian Constitution. The site also has a full report of the clause-by-clause discussion on the draft constitution, as debated in the Constituent Assembly and other interventions of Ambedkar in Parliament when he was India’s first Law Minister. Developed entirely by the efforts of Milind Kamble, a Pune-based businessman and General Secretary of the BJP SC Morcha, Pune, the website www.drambedkar.com has 7,000 pages of information on Ambedkar.
