Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in parts of Rajasthan. They are likely to abate during the next two days.

Rainfall: Weather was dry in the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: They were appreciably below normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.2°C recorded at Pilani (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 27: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 27: Mainly clear sky. Fog in the morning. No significant change in minimum temperature.
