Three APHC men held
Srinagar, December 30
Three functionaries of the APHC were arrested in the valley last evening, a spokesman for the 23-party amalgam said today. The spokesman told newspersons that two secretaries — Mukhtar Ahmad Naqashbandi and Abdul Hamid Khan — and another active worker Mushtaq Ahmad, were arrested after they left the Hurriyat headquarters in a vehicle. CCS to meet today
