Britney SpearsHOME is where the heart is. Teen pop sensation Britney Spears has her heart all set on a new house, which happens to be Cher’s palatial home in Malibu in California.

According to a report in Rate the music.com, the 22-year-old sexy babe currently has a pad in native Kentwood in Louisiana, a plush apartment in New York City and a condominium in Santa Monica.

A report in US Weekly said that Cher wants to sell her Italian-style home, valued at $ 8-10 million, without having to go through the trouble of putting the 2.5-acre estate on the market.

Sources claim that Spears has made a couple of visits to inspect Cher’s home, which has seven bedrooms and unobstructed views of the ocean and mountains. "Britney loves the beach, and she loves to be lose to the action in Santa Monica. Cher’s place would more than accommodate her," a source said.

Beyonce turns diamond thief 

Beyonce Knowles is all set to bag a meaty role for herself. According to a report in Rate the Music.com, the dusky babe is poised to don the grease for the role of the chief suspect in the new Pink Panther flick.

The buzz doing the rounds is that the Destiny’s Child babe is holding parleys with MGM studio chiefs to play a diamond thief in the comedy movie remake.

Knowles’ character, Xania, is that of a pop singer who discovers the missing Pink Panther diamond in her boyfriend’s possession when he is killed and decides to keep it for herself.

No chickening out for Jackson

Michael Jackson’Want to know more about the controversial "King of Pop" Michael Jackson’s in-flight lifestyle. Well, here is it. The singer prefers Kentucky Fried Chicken as his in-flight snack, whereas his kids love chocolate chip cookies.

These details were revealed after the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department reportedly executed search warrants this week on Jackson’s primary travel agency in Los Angeles and on the Santa Monica headquarters of the charter plane company Xtra Jet, according to a report in E-online.

Xtra Jet turned over flight records and a passenger profile of Jackson that revealed his taste for chicken of the finger lickin’ good variety. The profile also revealed Jackson’s preferences for alcoholic beverages, though it did not indicate whether he imbibed his spirits out of soda cans, as some reports have stated.

The child who has accused Jackson of molesting him has claimed that Jackson served him wine that he referred to as "Jesus juice" out of Coke cans. An Xtra Jet flight attendant allegedly supported that story, telling Santa Barbara authorities she often served Jackson wine in soda cans. (ANI)
