Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Himachal Pradesh: Baijnath 2 and Uttaranchal: Uttarkashi 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 2: Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Isolated duststorms/thunderstorms are likely in Haryana, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 2: Mainly clear sky with possibility of thundery development accompanied with squall in some areas during evening/night. Maximum temperature will be around 40C.
