Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in east Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Punjab and at isolated places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, East Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was dry in West Rajasthan. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Chandigarh 2, Jammu and Kashmir: Pahalgam 1, East Uttar Pradesh: Regoli 8, Ayodhya and Elginbridge 5 each, Bhatpurwaghat, Kakardharighat and Neemsar 4 each, Bansi, Basti, Chandradeepghat, Palliakalan and Sultanpur 3 each, Balrampur and Bhinga 2 each and Kakrahi, Lucknow, Mukhlishpur and Shardanagar 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Baraeilli and Moradabad 1 each and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun 2.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 15: Rain or thundershowers will occur at many places in East Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and West Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Haryana and East-Rajasthan.
