Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Rajasthan and at a few places in the rest of the region. Heavy rainfall warning: Scattered heavy rain with isolated very heavy falls likely in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours. Isolated heavy rain is also likely in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh during the same period.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of August 5. Monsoon has been vigorous in Delhi. Generally cloudy sky with a few spells of rain/thundershowers, one or two may be heavy in some areas.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of August 5: Moderate to heavy rain will occur at many places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
