Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, at many places in Himachal Pradesh and west Rajasthan, at a few places in Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. Heavy rainfall warning: Scattered heavy rains with isolated very heavy falls in Rajasthan during the next 48 hours. Isolated heavy rain is also likely in Himachal Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the same period.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of August 18: Generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain/thundershowers in some areas.
