fake affidavit for his age to make a driving licence, why can’t we do

THE
National Commission for Women has prepared a draft bill to make the
registration of marriage compulsory. "What’s the need of such a
bill?" asked Sharmaji. I told him that this would go a long way in
controlling bigamy. Sharmaji was tense, wondering which fool would
attempt buying trouble for the second time if he was already married.
"I am not talking about you Sharmaji. There could be some cheats in
the society who do not reveal their first marriage."
