Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and east Rajasthan, at a few places in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

Forecast valid until the morning of August 6: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana and south Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at a few places in the rest of the region.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, south Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of August 6: Generally cloudy sky with a few spells of rain/thundershowers. One or two may be heavy in some areas.
