Office attitudes on fatherhood

Some dads would make work-related sacrifices to spend more time at home:

  • 40 per cent of working dads say they would become Mr Mom if their spouse provided for the family.

  • 44 per cent say they would take a pay cut to spend more time with their children. Work's effect on family life:

  • 28 per cent of working dads say work negatively affects their relationship with their children.
