: The Scholastic Book Fair was inaugurated at BCM School, Dugri, on Thursday by the manager of the school, Mr S.K. Mehta. The fair is open till Saturday. More than 1000 titles have been exhibited in the show.

Lecture organised: A lecture on the topic ‘Healthy living — the drugless way’ by Mr S.R.Mittal was organised at Government Polytechnic College for Women here on Thursday. He explained that to live healthy was simple and easy provided one followed laws of nature as the animals followed. “As and when an animal falls sick, it gives up food and drinks more water, takes deep breaths and does not work. Contrary to this, man believes in eating and suppressing ordinary diseases. In this process, more waste material accumulates within the body resulting in chronic and finally destructive diseases,” he said.
