Rain/snow has occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain/ thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Punjab. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures fell largely in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere.

Forecast valid until the morning of October 16: Rain/snow will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh and at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in north Haryana and Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
