Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 13.4C recorded at Chandigarh.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 7: Isolated rain/snow is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 7: Mist/Shallow fog in the morning. Mainly clear sky. The minimum temperature will be around 15C.
