Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little.

Departure: They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.5C recorded at Narnaul (Haryana).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 29: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 29: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 8C.
