Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan, fell in Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably below normal in Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.1 degree Celsius recorded at Ludhiana.

Forecast (valid until the morning of November 30): Weather will be mainly dry over the region. Low temperature warning: Ground frost is likely at a few places in Haryana and Punjab during the next two nights.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid until the morning of November 30): Mist in the morning. Mainly clear sky afterwards. Minimum temperature will be around 8 degree Celsius.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
