Charas seized: The police today arrested two persons near Panch Meel, 10 km from here, on the National Highway-21 with 2.7 kg of charas. The accused were travelling in an Indica car (PB-13R 1880) coming from the Kulu side. Those arrested were identified as Manjit Kaur and Rajinder Singh of Sangrur. TNS
