Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6C recorded at Amritsar and Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 25: Isolated rain/thundershowers are likely in southeast Rajasthan during next 24 hours. After 24 hours rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand. Isolated rain/thundershowers are likely in the rest of the region.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 25: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 13C.
