Victim turns out to be swindler

High drama prevailed today when a Sector 46 resident alleged that he was kidnapped by certain persons from the road dividing Sectors 32, 46 this morning. The police said the “victim” had allegedly withdrawn Rs 6.50 lakh from the account of one of his alleged kidnappers, a Bapu Dham colony resident, who was taking him to the police.
