Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: The maximum temperatures fell in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.They were largely above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region.The highest temperature in the region was 42.2 recorded at Sriganganagar (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of 15th April 2007: Weather will be mainly dry over the region. Isolated Dust storm is likely in Haryana and Rajasthan. Outlook for the subsequent two days: Mainly dry weather.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 15th April 2007: Mainly clear sky with dust haze. Isolated Duststorm is likely during evening/night. The maximum temperature will be around 39C.
