Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: The maximum temperatures changed little. They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan and above normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 43.6 °C recorded at Jhalawar.

Forecast valid until the morning of April 28: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand. Isolated dust storm/thunderstorm is likely in the rest of the region.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Mainly dry weather.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of April 28: Mainly clear sky likely to become partly cloudy with possibility of dust storm towards evening. The maximum temperature will be around 40 °C.
