One great thing that emerges is that MPs do social work across the borders of their own states. How nice it is to feel that an MP from Gujarat was helping a woman from Punjab to escape to Canada, that too on his wife’s passport. You can’t blame the poor MPs. If you are going to put so many restrictions on them against taking money for asking questions in Parliament, then these poor people have to devise other ways of making money. It’s how you look at it. If an MP is transporting unemployed people of the country to other countries then in one way he is lessening India’s burden. Rather we should open a few schools where kabootarbazi should be taught as a full-fledged subject. One such MP’s wife was feeling very romantic one evening. She told her husband, "Don’t you think I have such a unique face and such unparalleled beauty?" The MP said, "This is what upsets me most. However hard I try, I cannot take any woman abroad on your passport!"
