Friend is a thing of glory,

which always remains in one’s memory.

Why do they come if they have to go.

They give us happiness, take worries away.

Why do they do so if they have to go away.

They enjoy with us and make us enjoy.

They do all these things, can you tell me why?

And then we keep waiting for them, looking at the moon.
