Temperatures: The maximum temperatures rose in Haryana, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. They were above normal in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 43.7°C recorded at Dholpur (Rajasthan).
