A Machhiwara resident has sought criminal action against his wife for allegedly infecting him with HIV. The woman allegedly came in contact with the virus through her first husband.

Negligent driver convicted for causing death
Ludhiana, June 8
Judicial Magistrate Mandeep Kaur Bedi has sentenced Sukhdyal Chand of Bajra village, Ludhiana, to one-year imprisonment on charges of causing death of a pedestrian Sudesh Kumar while driving his vehicle rashly and negligently.

Tributes paid to Banda Bahadur
