were detained, two Indian doctors from Bangalore were
charged today in Britain and Australia for terrorism
offences in connection with the failed car bomb attacks in
Sabeel is accused of having information that could have helped the police prevent another person committing an act of terrorism.
Haneef, police say, provided “support to
the UK terror group, in particular the provision of his SIM card for the use of the group.”

Bangalore: With hopes of Mohammed Haneef’s early return dashed, his wife Firdaus today appealed to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Defence Minister A. K. Antony to help her “innocent husband” who has been charged with supporting a terrorist organisation in Australia.
