Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Uttar Pradesh, at many places in west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in west Rajasthan. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Ambala 1,

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the next 48 hours.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Scattered to fairly wide spread rainfall activity may continue in HImachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and isolated to scattered rainfall activity in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 29: Partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain/thundershowers towards evening/night.
