Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in Himachal Pradesh, at a few places in Uttarakhand and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: New Delhi (Safdarjung) 5 and Bhiwani 4, Himachal Pradesh: Nalagarh 11, Palampur 7, Baijnath 6, Bangana and Bhang 5 each, Dharamsala and Gohar 4 each, Dharampur, Ghumarwin, Solan and Sujanpurtira 3 each, Jogindernagar and Pandoh 2 each and Barsar, Bhoranj, Bharwain, Kasauli, Kotkhai and Karsog 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Basoli 2, east Rajasthan: Bagore, Bijolia, Bhopalsagar, Devgarh, Dariabad and Hamirgarh 3 each, Amet, Aklera, Beawar, Bhainsroadgarh, Chittorgarh, Girva, Kelwara, Khanpur, Kapasan, Manoharthana, Pindwara and Udaipur City 2 each and Bheem, Degana, Didwana, Kesarpura, Ragarh, Srinagar and Sangod 1 each, west Rajasthan: Fatehgarh 2 and Marwar Junction 1, east Uttar Pradesh: Ayodhya 2 and Ballia, Balrampur, Mohana, Palliakalan and Uskabazar 1 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Moradabad 2 and Uttarakhand: Hardwar, Joshimath and Uttarkashi 1 each.
