People’s opinion insignificant
For smooth functioning of government people’s participation is a must. Do all residents of city have say in various schemes launched by the government? For participation of the common man a dedicated help line and e-mail address of an officer or a 24-hour toll free service. All this will be a great boost to public participation and transparency leading to good governance.
