Maniac Fury
Five stoned to death

Mumbai, October 6
The Maharashtra police is on the lookout for a suspected maniac who killed five persons early this morning by crushing their heads with a huge boulder.

The police said the incident happened outside Lonavla railway station between Mumbai and Pune.

The victims were sleeping on a footpath outside the railway station of the famous resort at the time of the incident.

The police said four others who were injured in the attack have been admitted to hospital in a serious condition.

The bodies of the victims were found on handcarts. The police suspects that they were sleeping on the handcarts.

Based on the description given by the survivors, the police is looking out for the suspect.

The police quoting the alleged killerís friends say he was mentally unstable. The motive behind the killings is not known.
